WellU is an app that offers mental training and coaching in a convenient and engaging manner.

Athletes and coaches recognize the importance of mental training across all performance levels. This fundamental principle drove the creation of WellU by licensed and certified mental coaches, Ami Strutin-Belinoff, and Brian Alexander.

Just like physical training, mental preparation necessitates a systematic approach. Within the WellU mental training programs, Ami and Brian have developed a series of educational and experiential exercises tailored to the individual mental and physical progress of athletes. By providing self-assessment tools and setting evidence-based goals, WellU empowers athletes to chart their personal training journey effectively. Additionally, athletes can monitor their goal advancements, and with the option of one-on-one mental coaching video sessions, they can pave the way towards achieving their performance objectives.
