WellU is an app that offers mental training and coaching in a convenient and engaging manner.

Athletes and coaches recognize the importance of mental training across all performance levels. This fundamental principle drove the creation of WellU by licensed and certified mental coaches, Ami Strutin-Belinoff, and Brian Alexander.

Just like physical training, mental preparation necessitates a systematic approach. Lack of proper guidance can lead an athlete's mental game to default to ingrained tendencies from physical practice, which can hinder optimal performance. Within the WellU mental training programs, Ami and Brian have developed a series of educational and experiential exercises tailored to the individual mental and physical progress of athletes.
