WellU is an app that offers mental training and coaching in a convenient and engaging manner.

Within the WellU mental training programs, Ami and Brian have developed a series of educational and experiential exercises tailored to the individual mental and physical progress of athletes. By providing self-assessment tools and setting evidence-based goals, WellU empowers athletes to chart their personal training journey effectively. Additionally, athletes can monitor their goal advancements, and with the option of one-on-one mental coaching video sessions, they can pave the way towards achieving their performance objectives.
